Not many people are as awesome as Jacob! It's obvious that he loves what he does. I highly recommend including Jacob in your real estate planning. His attention to detail is a clear superpower, and he genuinely cares about everyone he works with.

Jacob Mack made the process of searching and buying our first home, easy and stress free! He always goes above and beyond with customer service and is so respectful of helping you search for houses that fit your checklist. His connections with other realtors and lend lease officers paved the way for us to close our deal within less than a month! You WILL NOT be disappointed or dissatisfied while working with Jacob. He's the real deal!!!

Jacob is hands down the best realtor in the Spokane/North Idaho area. As first time home buyers, we went into the process not knowing a whole lot, but he walked us through so much. He also went above and beyond to meet our needs, negotiate for us, and help us make the right choice. We ended up in a home that we love, and that is largely through his help. Jacob is a great guy, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Jacob has patience and was at our beck and call for the 1.5 years we were looking to buy! He has lots of connections around town and we truly appreciate all he did for us!

Jacob is very thoughtful and extremely hard-working. He has a very helpful approach to his work. He is willing to go the extra mile. I will recommend Jacob to everyone I know who needs a home in his area because I believe he is a high caliber agent and a person of integrity

Jacob is sincere, knowledgeable, and friendly. As first-time homeowners, he explained everything in a way that made sense: His knowledge was invaluable and he never made us feel like we were a bother. He listened to our needs and never tried to up-sale. He confidently, but kindly, advised us when we were considering choices which were not going to be advantageous, or, just didn't make sense. He was readily available, and worked closely with our lender, which ensured everything happened in a timely manner. He was a great advocate and was easy to work with. We've reached out to him several times after closing, and he was just as helpful as ever. We highly recommend.

Jacob was a pleasure to work with, great experience

Jacob is a great agent to align with in the Spokane WA area. He is experienced, easy to talk with and put his clients first. As A RE/MAX agent in Vegas of 25 years; he is my top choice in his market area.

As a first time home buyer, there are so many steps that can be extremely intimidating, with one of those steps being choosing the right agent for your purchase. Working with Jacob was fun, informative, reassuring, and most of all easy. He made the home buying process feel very lighthearted while making my wife and I feel like his most important client. If you are buying a home, first time or not, Jacob makes the process super exciting with as little stress as possible. I cannot recommend his services enough! Thank you Jacob, we love our new home!!!

Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Always got us viewings of the properties we were interested in quick so we can act fast and made the whole process of buying our first house super easy. Appreciated all of the knowledge and advice you gave us Jacob!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Jacob Mack is. I am a first time home buyer and also a senior citizen. I am moving from California to Liberty Lake Washington and I must say the thought of making such a major decision at my age was daunting. Jacob made the process very easy. He was there to answer or assist with every question I had (and believe me there were many). He worked diligently with me to be sure my concerns were acknowledged and kept me informed on every step. He guided me when I had questions about inspections, title, property history, any little concern, he was there. He walked me through the complete process and explained every form and document I had to sign so I understood all the complexities and legal aspects of each one. I don't know if I would have been so bold to take this life changing event without him. I would and will recommend him to anyone planning a move to the Spokane area.

If I could give more stars, I would! Jacob really goes above and beyond in every step of the home-buying process!!! I cannot recommend him enough!

Jacob was very helpful and responsive through the whole buying process. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Jacob was a wonderful agent! He was very timely in responses, kept our best interests when it came time to negotiate an offer. He had great insite during the process. He even showed up to the signing. We will seek him out again on our next purchase in idaho. Thank you Jacob!

Jacob was very timely and informative in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I asked for Jacob's help in finding a home as first time home buyers. We knew very early on that Jacob was a great fit for us. He was responsive, well-read on all aspects of the home buying process, and extremely easy to work with. He worked closely with the seller's agent and our lender to ensure everything went smoothly. We had a somewhat unique and complex offer structure including a rent back, which he handled with ease. We are so incredibly happy with his work and will recommend him to everyone we know. Thanks again, Jacob!

Jacob Mack was the best realtor we could have gotten, he was very invested in our family and went above and beyond to make our home buying experience amazing! 1,000% would recommend him to anyone!

Jacob was exceptionally professional and responsive to our desires. He has an unfailingly positive mental attitude and truly cared about our wishes during the process. I never felt as if my requests were putting him out in any way - it was as if we were his only clients. Our purchase process was easy. When it comes time to list our house, we will unhesitatingly use Jacob.
